- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delays in Delivery

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping orders.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the package/product
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Currently, Sixsense ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
